sexual orientation;; straight
occupation;; student/teacher/staff at Winterthorne

general appearance;;
Body
Tommy has a thin and tall appearance. However, its not really a ganly one, because he has a good amount of muscle to his biuld. He's still rather thin though, only weighing in at one hundred and forty five pounds, muscle included. Tommy stands at six-foot-one, so he's also rather tall. Above average. Tommy's skin isn't very tanned, in fact, its almost pale-ish in color. Not abnormally pale, but pale like a kid who's lived his life in a town where its cloudy and rainy a lot (no, not Forks. Go read his damn history). He's also the kind of kid that likes to take care of his skin, so he always has a clear, blemish-free complexion.
Hair and Eyes
Tom's hair is rather short, and colored a darker brown shade. A sort of chestnut color. Its cut a bit choppily, and always has a bit of a poof to it. Not that its curly or anything. His hair is actually rather straight. His eyes are a beautiful blue shade. They're not a very light blue, nor a very dark blue, but maybe a shade in between. However, they're still very deep, like they're never-ending and your could probably get lost in them.
Clothes
Tommy doesn't really wear a particular type of clothing. But they are usually more business-casual, perhaps? Jeans and polo shirts are of the norm for the boy. They're really never bright colors. Grays, whites, browns, duller blues. Those kinds of colors. The brightest colors you'll probably find on him is with his favorite belt, which is white-and-black checkered, but some of the squares have also been colored in over time. Tommy's normal shoes are usually different types of Vans, and that's basically it in the way of shoes. He'll also quite often wear these two necklaces. One is white, with a cross, and the other is black with a cross on it. A lot of the time he also has on quite a few bracelets, collected over the years from friends and travels (since he's travelled a lot over his life time).
general personality;;
Gentleman
Tom's the kind of guy that was raised to respect everyone. No matter what species they are; no matter how much money they had; what their skin color was; what gender they were. He was supposed to treat everyone fairly. And he's always stuck by those rules of respect his mother taught him since he was a little kid. Tom's that rare breed of guy that girls read about in books. One of the boys sucked right out of the late nineteenth or early twentieth century. He'll always treat everyone equal: girl, guy; rich, boy; human, werewolf; whatever. And he'll always help out however he can. If he passes a homeless person, he'll give them some money; if some older person is struggling to carry something, he'll volunterr to help them carry it. It may seem corny, but that's how his mother taught him to treat people. And there's no way he's disappointing his mother by not following her advice.
Tempermental
However, that being said, Tommy's always been a boy with a bit of a temper issue. Its always easy to piss him off, and he's not scared to try and kick your ass if he needs to (and he has the muscle, and powers, to do it, too). And it wouldn't be the first time Tom's gotten in a fight either, if you did piss him off enough. He actually has a record of school fights—sometimes accidently using his powers. My advice to you? Try not to mess with him.
Innocence?
Tommy may come off at first as the type of guy that doesn't know shit about the world. Again, like a boy from the nineteenth or early twentieth century. Someone who wouldn't have a foul mouth; wouldn't know about sex and dirty jokes; who wouldn't have a knowledge of the bad in the world. Wrong. Tom may just play to that sometimes, but in truth he knows much more than he lets on. He figures, play it safe. If you do that, no one thinks you're that bright, and once you learn what you need to, you can find a way to get through it. He's followed that strategy for years, and it always pulls through for him. So, try not to get fooled if you're hiding something, alright? Tom has a way of getting information out of people.
Sweet
Now that I've probably all but convinced you that Tommy's some sort of evil-genius in disguise, let me say that you're pretty much wrong in that assumption. Tommy may be able to pry information out of people, but very rarely does he ever need/want to do this. In fact, Tom's really a very sweet, caring guy through and through. He hates seeing people hurt or getting taken advantage of, and that's usually where he'll step in to stop that from happening.
Spontaneous
Tom's one to hate sitting down and not doing anything. He loves to move around, run, and travel to different parts of the world. Its near impossible to get Tommy to sit down somewhere for more than fifteen minutes, if that. He's also a big talker, don't think that really goes with being spontaneous much, but he is. If its too quiet, he might randomly burst out with something...well, random.

history;;
Stephanie and Daniel weren't yoru normal kind of people. They liked to help. In anyway they could. Newly married and happily in love, they decided to move from their little London home all the way to some little village in Africa to help the people there. Sure, it probably sounds too good to be true, but it is, with all honesty. They lived a really good life there—sure, they didn't have all the material things that a lot of people wanted; but they didn't need those things. They developed their own happy little family with the village-folk, and they thought it couldn't get better.
Tommy was born about five years after their little move to Africa. He grew up in this little village, raised with the native children there, going to the "school" with them. For a long time, he didn't know what else was in the world. Of course, he wasn't like the children there. Yeah, he could speak the language of the village; but English was still his first language. His parents taught him and he's just about always had a British accent, picking it up from their teaching him. The village was his life pretty much, just like it was his parents. As he grew older, he learned some things about the outside world—taking in all his mother's caring advice during the time.
When he was seven, his father went out with a group of the village men to hunt for food. No one's quite sure what happened, but his father didn't come back. They said he went off from the group to do something, and he never caught up to re-join them. They got worried, starting searching for him, and when they eventually found his body, well, it was hard to tell it what it was. They said some animal must've gotten him or something, of course they can't be sure. But Tom's mother went into a sort of depression once she found out. Tommy, still being so young, wasn't really able to grasp it. He knew he father wasn't coming back, he knew something was wrong with his mother, and of course, he did cry over it.
At the age of twelve, however, Tommy's mother thought that he should get a real education. Go to a real school and learn and get to a college. So instead of moving, she sent him back to London, to live with his cranky old grandmother. She wasn't that bad, I suppose, but made up strict rules for the young boy and sometimes followed them out with harsh words. Well, anyway, it wasn't anything Tom was used to after the easy life back in Africa with his parents soft-spoken words. Once he was back in London, he had a lot of trouble fitting in at first. Kids weren't very accepting of the newcomer, all the way from Africa, who suddenly lived with his grandmother. They teased him and picked on him, and that's where he probably developed his temper. Tommy started to react violently, and his grandmother started to get calls from school about fights. As Tom grew older and the fights continued (though they did grow less and less as he also developed some social skills and was able to make friends and apologize), they would also grow stranger. Calls about some strange substance like toxin got reported to his grandmother. She withdrew him from school after about the third report, instead hiring some "special" tutor for him.
Apparently magic had been a trait of his mother's side of the family for thousands of years or something. Or so his grandmother's story went. However, it seemed to always skip a generation, moving on to the next. His grandmother proved it with to him with her own magical powers. The tutor, apparently, was also some sort of magic person, and he still learned everything he would at school, but there was no one around to cause fights with him and who didn't know about magical creatures existing (because apparently it was some sort of secret or something).
Around three years ago, when Tom was fourteen, he found out that his mother had had another child, and he was a big brother. She told him that she'd met this guy from America that had moved to the village to do much the same thing she had, and that they hit it off instantly. About two years after getting that information, she told him that they were engaged and getting married in about a year. So, he's just waiting for the letter from back in Africa that his mother's now married to some strange American guy that he's never met and who gave him some little brother he's never met either.
Just this year, his grandmother decided that Tommy should get out and be with people like him (meanign magical people, of course). She's pretty much been in control of his leaving the house and shit since she'd drawn him out of school, too worried about what he might get up. And so now she'd sending him here to Winterthorne Academy to finish up his education and learn some stuff about magic too.

If your member was confronted by a member of the living dead, what would they do? he'd probably analyze the situation to decide what was best. unless someone was in danger. then he'd definitely attack.
Deal or no deal? deal, we'll play it safe, 'kay?
