general appearance;;
Levina, is tall and lithe, not muscular at all,
with a feline grace and feral sleekness. Levina's
skin is tanned and freckled, but is horribly scarred
on the right side of her face. There are also some
scarring on her left leg. Her eyebrows and lashes
are a light blonde color, matching her hair. Levina
has rather long fingernails, "All the better to scratch
with" as she says.
Levina's hair is long and curly, sort of crimped
more than curls. It is a light shade of blonde,
with gold and brown natural highlights, and a bit
of tawny. It reaches to her waist and seems
browner in the sun. It frames her heart-shaped
face perfectly, and covers her slightly over large
ears.
Levina's eyes are a strange color, a light, icey
blue. They are flecked with darker blue and
some green, with a streak of silver. They are
almond shaped and large, giving her the
appearance of being sweet and innocent, though
her eyes are naturally hard and cold inside. Her
emotions are kept carefully hidden, though she
always seems scared and wary. Her right eye is
more of a milky blue, as she is blind in that eye.
Levina's wings are large and a deep black, flecked
with silver and dashed with white. They have a
span of about 18 feet, enough to give her flight.
They aren't, however, strong enough to keep her
up for more than two hours at a time.
general personality;;
Levina is a strange girl, personality-wise. She seems
nice when you first meet her, extremely sweet. It all a
manipulation of the mind. In reality Levina is one of the
meanest half- bloods in the world, fighting with anyone
and anything and never backing down even when she's
dead tired. Some say she was taught to do this, some
say she was just never taught, just left on her own to
fend of any monsters. She never likes to back down,
never gives up.
Levina is not a sociable person, she's as much a loner
as a mangy tabby cat. She doesn't like to talk to
people, doesn't like when people touch her, and
if you so much as look at her weird she'll fly off
the handle. Levina doesn't talk much, well, actions
speak louder than words.
Levina is good at being as sweet as possible to get
what she wants, and stab that person in the back after
she gets what she wants. That's a word to describe
Levina--backstabber. Levina is ever sarcastic and mean,
to anyone and anything who would listen.

history;;
Levina was born to two full-blooded angels,
which (obviously) resulted in her and her twin
brother, Dan, also being full angels. They had
a pretty normal childhood, being normal little kids,
as they did not know they were angels. When she
turned 5, she felt a little tickling and a pain in her
back and ran to her mom. It turned out she was
finally growing her wings, and with those came
her powers... and a much for interesting history.
The first not-normal sign of the fact she was different
was, in fact, the wings. More came with the fact she
was developing certain strange abilities, most
having to do with the simple aspect of mist. One
day, on her way home from the park, she was
attacked by a rather vicious dog. Frightened, she
ran home, only to find the dog was faster. In her
fear she wished something would happen, anything
that would help her. A large mist rolled in, a wave of
extreme and cold whiteness. All noises were muted,
the dog was running around in circles, and she got
away. Upon coming home, her mist faded and she
becme extremely weak and tired. Soon after she
learned how to freeze, and how to fly.
When she was 11 years old, her parents and her
brother and her were headed to the store, when
a large storm rolled in. Her dad swerved on the
wet road, slamming into a tree. Levina was in critical
condition, her parents and brother dead. When the
hospital finally released her, she had many scars
and was blind.
Upon hearing that the rest of her family was dead
and being shuttled into foster homes, she sank into
a deep depression. She wouldn't talk to anyone, lashed
out at people, and got into many, many fights. This went
on for a long time, and her wings slowly darkened to an
ashy color. Her foster parents were ecstatic when they
got the letter for Winterthorne Academy, if it meant not
having to be around Levina.

The forest seemed to grow larger as the vampire
ran, dark red eyes wide with fear. She continuously
gave fervent looks upwards, to the sky, the moon.
June the 22nd…A full moon… the second in the month.
A Blue Moon. This is not good, she thought to
herself. Not good at all. A root from the thicket of
forest trees appeared in her path, seemingly out of
nowhere. She stifled a startled shriek as her foot was
tangled in it, as she hit the ground. Hard. Her face twisted
with pain as she attempted to move her ankle. Great. It
was sprained. A howl split the darkened night, and Levina’s
day got a whole lot worse.
Levina’s golden-blonde was tangled and disheveled,
flying into her eyes as she hobbled along. She could
only hope to stay hidden, for her power of speed was
no longer useful. He overpowering fear darkened the sky,
flashes of lightning and pounding rain halting her journey
even more. Was that a growl she heard? No… no… no…
not now…not ever. A flash of lightning illuminated a
strangely silver shape, a blue eye… Oh no. It was
happening. Levina clutched her necklace, the points of
the cross digging into her palm.
Another flash of lightning struck, too close for comfort.
A low growl sounded behind her, a feral snarl that could
only mean one thing. As much as the vampire did not
want to see her enemy, she knew she could not die by
a surprise attack. Summoning all her courage she turned,
a scream dying on her lips.
The lightning illuminated a silver wolf, perched on a large
rock. He was nearly as large as the boulder, and could
probably cause much more damage. Sharp claws scraped
against the rock, sending an awful Screeeeeeeeeeeeee
through the air. A large brown wolf materialized next
to the rock, saliva dripping from bared teeth. The most
noticeable feature on this wolf was the jagged scar
stretching down his brown eye, splitting his face into an
awful grimace. Levina backed away slowly, terrified. With
her ankle, she could not take on all the werewolves…
Especially on the one night they did not know what they
were doing. Suddenly the black wolf she knew would
appear slipped from the darkness, seemingly only a
shadow, a mirage. But it was all too real.
Levina ran. It was all she could do, with the werewolves
on her trail and the bloodthirsty look in their eyes. As
she ran, she heard the familiar sound of waves crashing
against the hard rock walls. No… Oh no… She was hitting
a dead end. The vampire slid to a stop at the edge of
the jutting cliff, wondering how high… how far she’d have
to jump to clear the roaring waves of water crashing
against the rocks. Her maroon eyes widened as the wolves
pulled into a tight circle, growling and salivating at the
prospect of a good fight. The large silver one swiped at
her face with a large paw, and Levina let out a gasp as
they made a deep gash in her neck. But the pain didn’t
bother her, it was the fact that the wolf had a necklace-
her necklace- in his overlarge fangs. “Give it back, you
jerk!” she hissed, ignoring the blood dripping from her
neck. The wolf seemed to laugh softly, the silver cross
hanging form the snapped chain glinting ominously in
the moonlight. She cast a fervent glance at safety…
then another at the necklace… No. That would have to
wait. She spun around, leaping to the other cliff. Levina
landed awkwardly, crying in pain as her injured ankle
screeched in protest and threw her to the floor. She
tried to get up, but her ankle just couldn’t take the
weight.
