She'll pick you up
just to watch you fall
Too much homework. So much homework the vampire might just kill herself. Considering that really only another vampire could kill her in general it was safe to say she was one of the few beings who could kill...herself. Not that she really really wanted to, but when she had been turned the though had crossed her mind. A couple of times she had even acted on ideas of how to kill herself, but that was when she didn't want to be a vampire. Now...now she had a different view on vampirism. Blair helped with that. It was nice to be friends with another vampire, nice to just have a best friend her age that wasn't a house maid or the youngest server they had in the castle when she was younger.[/size]
But what was really on the young woman's mind was feeding...and soon. Although her eyes never turned exactly blood red...seeing as she had blue eyes, they did turn an eerie ice blue that just seemed to scream FEED ME! Or at least don't get in my way I might just kill you on the spot. Really when her eyes where like this it reflected what she truly was...heartless. To her that's what her eyes spoke of, empty, ice, like she had a stone cold ice queen heart, which most of the time was true depending on which freshman had stepped out of line. Upside of a vampire instilling fear in the younger ones was a possibility. Harsh yes...pleasureable...most definitely. Other than the younger it was the homework that was killing her slowly, and not so softly. Being a junior meant it was all stacking up. Goody.
The vivacious red head entered the cafe for the students. A couple freshman that she'd threatened scurried off to a back corner to hide. Damn straight! She walked up to the counter and ordered her usual. The workers here knew her every order pertaining to her eye color. That's just how often she came into this place. Addiction did even begin to describe it, but hey at least it wasn't drugs on some corner street. Not that they really had streets up here in the mountains. Of course it was always better that they were in the mountains. She thanked the server and flashed her vampire smile to him. Her pearly whites, and slightly elongated canines gleaming brightly. Yup, she could smell the fear radiating from him. Silly being.
Avery found her usual spot and slid into the comfortable booth. A sigh escaped her lips as she settled into the position she wanted. Her long legs stretched out in front of her resting on the other side of the booth nicely. She sipped on her hot chocolate. Really she'd never been one for coffee, not a taste she preferred. And she knew her tastes, her enhanced senses and all. No this was the right drink, for the right occasion. They may have even added some extra chocolate. Oh go Carol! How nice of them even if she scared the piss out of them they always treated her so kindly. Now who to torture...or at least meet.
