"Merci beaucoup he stated in his perfect French accent to the man as he handed him the strawberry flavor Ice cream and nodded. William was in a city in the south of France, the sand under his shoes and the water not far from where he was standing, liking the Ice-cream with a smile, he disappeared and appeared back in Winterhorne academy where instead of sand there was ice everywhere. Ever since he had learned about his teleportation powers, William had been on top of pyramids in Egypt, on the great wall of china, mount everest and so on. He never got bored, there was always something to do when you have such ability, drinking a beer in Germany or eating ramen in Japan, he just had to pick a place from a million choices. Walking to the fountain in the middle of the courtyard, he sat on the stone and leaned back supported by one hand as he enjoyed the Ice cream.
Even though snow surrounded the place, it was a rather hot day but even that didn't meant dress more casually. Will was wearing a black shirt and a white tie and pants, It went great with his figure and personality, in the beginning people thought it was strange to someone so young to dress that way, but soon enough they got used to it and after knowing the boy, it the answer came naturally. At first sight the boy could seem to be very obnoxious or full of himself but it didn't take long after a conversation to understand it wasn't exactly like that, yes, he was rather full of himself, let's face it, when one has the money, the intelligence and the looks it's obvious they'll be extremely narcissistic, it would be rude to be modest.
A book came flying and raising his hand, it laid perfectly on it, it had come from his bed room and it was easier to make it come to him than to teleport back inside and then outside. Opening it where he last stopped, the boy started reading while eating his Ice cream.

The snow was absolutely boring. Sure, it seemed odd to say something like that about such an inanimate object, but snow was different. Snow was something that could be manipulated by some, therefore, it could be boring. When one could control things, they would often get boring. Jordan Bailey could control snow. She could also control water. Actually, she could control water, and also snow. The water came first, mostly because it was water that formed snow. Without water, there would be no snow. Then again, without water, all creatures of the earth would not be able to live. Water was needed, even for those non-human species of things, like most at Winterthorne Academy.
The name of the academy was quite true. It was always winter here. Well, not winter, but there was almost always snow. There was always some hint of snow on the ground, at least. Then again, that was kind of good for her. That meant that she could always use it against others. Then again, there was always, always water. She could even pull up some groundwater. Not that much at this point, but the strength for her to do so was growing stronger. And it did depend on how deep the water was. But the point was, she could almost always get water to use. So, she did have a good gift, and not just some crappy kind.
Jordan was, as usual, walking around outside, in the cold, in the snow. Because it was her element, it did bring a sort of comfort to be around it. She generally felt at ease when there was snow or water around her. Just because she could control it, apparently. Even before she knew of her power, she had always liked water and snow. And it was a good thing that she liked both. If she only liked snow, she'd hate summer. But because she had water too, she could like winter and summer. All seasons, really. It was a good double gift to have. Although, she did have a bit of a healing power. Mainly because she was once an angel. She was now fallen, though. But she didn't resent that fact at all.
Jordan was wandering around the courtyard. It was warmer than usual upon the snowy mountain on which the castle that was the academy stood. It was odd for this type of weather, really. Then again, odd things happened at Winterthorne Academy. All the villagers in the town below knew it, but they didn't know what resided at the Academy. They didn't know about the creatures that lived here, that learned things that humans would never acknowledge. Things that humans would never accept, because that was the way humans were; they were ignorant.
As she approached the fountain in the center, she saw a familiar form sitting there, reading a book. A grin crept upon her lips as she saw him. The figure was not dressed casually. He was dressed nicely, as per usual. He never did dress super casual, like she was. She was wearing a jacket over a simple tee, with several necklaces around her slender neck, and orange dye and extensions in her hair. Jordan collected a ball of snow, from several feet away, and pushed it towards William, aiming square for his back. Then, she ran over to him and wrapped her slender arms around his waist, resting her chin on his shoulder."Hiyaaa!" She greeted, grinning. [/blockquote]

William started reading his book, silence took over the place, it seemed most people were down at the lake enjoying the sunny weather, the water in the fountain next to him made an hypnotic sound as it felt down, joining that with the great taste of the strawberry ice cream he was liking, things couldn't get any better. Normally Will had to go to some place away from the school grounds to enjoy some quiet time and he was rather surprised he didn't have to do that now. The book floated in front of him and turned the pages on it's own as he read them, running his fingers through his hair he was caught unguarded as something hit his back. Turning around he didn't even had time to prepare himself before a small figure came running towards him with her black hair and jumped on him.
"Hiyaaa!"
Rolling his eyes, he laughed lightly before poking the girl's forehead with one finger "You do know there are better ways to greet someone don't you?" he stated as the girl released her arms from his waist and floated to his front. In the first year, it had been quite difficult for William and Dominique to live their lives separately, they were used to be around each other all the time, to do everything together but as they were placed in different classes and started knowing other people, they became spending less time with each other. Even though the boy was extremely social and popular it didn't meant he had someone he could tell his problems to, someone he could ask for advices, someone he truly trusted, until a petite girl appeared, Jordan. She was extremely annoying, childish, random and she pissed William in so many ways that he would get dizzy from rolling his eyes all the time.
Jordan was the total opposite of William, she did things that would never cross his mind to do, she said things that made him hide his face in public, but he had to be honest, he loved this girl to death. They never had any fights besides him telling her to behave and she doing the total opposite, every time the girl appeared, a bright smile would take over Will's expression, their time together were the most fun he could ever ask for but he would never tell her that (she would use it against him all the time).
With the girl floating in front of him, he made her stay upside down in the air with her face turned to him "I'll make you stay that way until you learn some manners" he teased, laying back on the stone while eating the rest of his ice cream.

Jordan could never stand peaceful days. Or anything extremely peaceful. She hated silence, usually. Sometimes she could stand it, but not often. Well, she could stand silence pretty much only when she was writing, drawing, or sleeping. But even when sleeping, she usually had her iPod on, listening to music. But she could also sleep in silence. For anything else, she couldn't stand silence. She couldn't stand the peacefulness that came with the silence. There had to be sound, preferably loud sound, which was why if there was silence, she usually shouted something out randomly, or some such thing. Just because she disliked the silence.
A grin crossed her face as William took notice of her. He was her best buddy, someone that she would find it hard to live without. She didn't know many people when she had arrived here. But she still stood out. For one, she was one of the few fallen angels, and she was loud and obnoxious. Something that not many people were. Okay, some people acted like they were obnoxious, but they never were. But Jordan, she was truly loud and obnoxious. It was just the way she was, and always had been. Sorta. But she had met William. He was the complete opposite of herself. He was calm, collected, a bit cocky at times, and polite. While she was loud, crazy, random, obnoxious, and wasn't ever polite. Well, she was when talking to a teacher or something, but not anybody else.
Jordan gasped in surprise as she found herself floating in front of him. Of course. Trust him to show off his power in such a crazy, and slightly rud-ish way. Then again, she had thrown a snowball at him. Whatever. "I might...but they're no fun." She replied pertly, a smirk crossing her lips. Okay, okay. She really did know better ways to greet other people, but seriously, they were never any fun. Besides, she knew him well enough to do that. Besides, she much rather liked giving people hugs than just walking up politely and saying hi. How boring was that? But of course, William would do it. He did things so politely and everything. He was sorta boring, but at the same time, he was nice to her, even though they were opposites. He did sort of let himself be a bit more lax around her. Which was a good thing, for her.
"Eek!" The sound escaped her lips as she suddenly found herself floating upside down. Oh great. Now he was threatening her. She was glad she was wearing her jeans, which had ripped knees, and black leggings. If she had been wearing a skirt or a dress, that would be really bad. Then again, she often wore jeans or legging with her dresses, up here at least. But the fact about what would happen if she had been was what mattered. "I can't learn any manners while I'm upside dooown!!" She complained, watching him eating his ice cream. Odd, that he should be eating such a cold treat on a cool day. Sure, it was definitely warmer than usual, warm enough for water to be running. But still..ice cream? "Lemme gooo!!" She demanded, sticking out her lower lip in a pout. Which would look quite odd, with her being upside down. Not to mention that he just messed up her hair. She'd have to fix it again later. Just great. [/blockquote]

"I can't learn any manners while I'm upside dooown!!"
William laughed and kept liking his ice cream for some moments while hearing her complain, she wasn't the only one that liked to tease, he loved to piss Jordan of, but he usually did it in a more classy way. Leaning forward he gave the last bite in the ice cream and put the girl down on the ground "You're lucky I'm in a good mood today, or else I would make you stay that way for some hours" he teased, of course he wouldn't do that but after being hit by water and snow all the time he wouldn't keeping her that way. "I just came back from France" he stated simply with a smirk, Will loved to go to his country every time he had the chance, even if it meant staying there just a couple of hours. Walking by the shore, barefoot, enjoying the warm sun of the south, it was amazing.
"What have you been up to?" he asked Jordan before running his fingers through his hair. That had been an habit he created with time, even if the hair wasn't in front of his eyes, he would do it anyway, it was also a way to flirt, a casual move of hand and a quick look, it worked perfectly. "Have you been playing with snow and annoying people?" he asked in a joking tone as the book flew next to him and laid on the stone.

Oh great. He just had to prolong letting her sit back on the ground. Of course he did. That was the way he was. Just as much as she loved teasing him, he loved to tease her just the same way. It was much more fun for her to tease him than the other way around, though. But, she guessed he felt the same way. It only made sense. But it wasn't fun, anyways. Finally, he let her down. Of course, it would grow boring for him to just keep her there. Besides, had he waited any longer to let her go, she would've started throwing water at him. Hard water, pressurized so it actually hurt. And hurt bad, really.
"Yeah, I doubt that. Unless you wanted to be soaked to the bone," she retorted easily, and she stood up straight. Ugh, her hair was completely messed up, thanks to him. Grumbling, she pulled out her hair brush, and started to get her hair in order. Of course, he just had to hang her upside down so that he messed up her hair. "France?" She echoed, in an annoyed voice. She yanked on a tangle in her hair, making a face about the country. She had been born in France, living by the beach, not too far from the Pyrenees, too. France was warm, but she didn't like it, simply because of the memories she had of it. "Why go to France? It's so boring." She didn't regret living there, no. It really was a beautiful place, but the memories of her parents fighting all the time, ever since her older sister came to the Academy, ruined everything. "You could've gone to England, or Japan or something." Any country was better than France, in her mind. It didn't comfort her, even, that she was still close to the place. At least she was in the north of Germany, and not the south.
"Nothing much. Just hanging around," she replied, finally getting her hair back in place. She stowed the hair brush back in her bag, and pulled out her Hello Kitty hairpin, pulling her bangs back in place with it. She looked up to notice him run a hand through his hair. Oh great. It was a habit he had now, and she knew very well that he often did it when flirting with girls. Frankly, she found it slightly annoying. "No, I have not. Unless I have annoyed you. If I did, then I would say that I have, and my goal has been accomplished," she answered pertly, another smirk creeping upon her lips. She watched as his book floated to him. It was kind of annoying, how easily he could use his gift in everyday things. She couldn't, not really. [/blockquote]

"Yeah, I doubt that. Unless you wanted to be soaked to the bone,"
William laughed while rolling his eyes at her words, they were so different that made things extremely entertaining not only for them both but for everyone around. "Don't make me put you in the middle of the desert again" he teased, there had been one time he teleported them both there after she decided it would be extremely funny to see how William looked like under snow. It was true she was able to bring water from the earth, but you can figure how much of that she's able to do in the desert. "France is not boring..." he replied annoyed, he loved France, it was his country and there were a lot one could do there, but well, the meaning of fun was different for each person, he preferred to enjoy a drink near a beach or in a small town in the mountains, quietly and peacefully."Those are also nice places, being Japan my favorite, but it's nice to visit my country once in a while, you should do the same" he added, he knew she didn't like France because of her history with her family but that didn't meant she had to deal with the when visiting other cities.
"No, I have not. Unless I have annoyed you. If I did, then I would say that I have, and my goal has been accomplished,"
"We need to get you a boyfriend" he stated rolling his eyes and standing up "That way you would find someone new to practice the water and snow throwing thingy there you can do" he stated poking her forehead gently with his finger with a grin playing in his lips.

Jordan enjoyed their differences. They were nearly complete opposites, but yet, they got along so well. And things were often crazy. Sure, they got annoyed with each other, but they never got truly mad. Pissed, maybe, mad, never. Not yet, anyways. And hopefully not ever. At his reply, a panic-stricken look appeared on Jordan's face. The desert. As much as Jordan liked the warmth, having been born in southern France, the desert was something she hated. She couldn't stand the heat, the dryness. Jordan grew pale as she remembered that time that William had teleported the two there, after she covered him in snow. It was in all playfulness, but apparently he wanted to cover her in sand after that. Just the thought of going back to that horrid place made her get the shivers. Well, not shivers, but a horrid feeling. "Nooooooo!" She cried in horror. "Not the desert! ANYWHERE but the desert!" She pleaded.
She sighed. Okay, so France wasn't that boring. It was rather entertaining at times. And southern France was a lovely place, with the beaches and everything. But she didn't like being so close to her family, really. Well, her parents. She loved her little brother and older sister, and neither of them were living with her parents. Her sister, she knew, had been attempting for a job here, and her brother was a freshman. It was only their older sister that didn't have problems with their parents, because she was the only one away while their parents had been fighting. Therefore, it made since that she didn't have big problems. "Yes they are." She loved Japan. The culture, the food. It was all amazing. She had been there a couple of times, via William. And England had often been a vacation place in her childhood. "I do go back there, William. I go every summer, towing my brother along. But it's strained, ya know." William knew of her problems at home, of course. It was pretty cool that he was also from France, but sometimes it could be a pain in the rear. Oh well.
"But I don't neeed one!" She pouted. She most definitely didn't need one. Heck, no one really needed them, they just wanted them. And she didn't really care if she had one or not. And if she did...well, that person would have to be willing to chase after her, because she was careless about things, and didn't do anything on schedule. Well, she pretty much hated organization, too. But she'd just up and leave if she wanted to, or felt like it. And they would have to endure her craziness, plain and simple. Those sorts of people were kind of hard to find, though. Besides, it didn't matter to Jordan whether or not she had one. She pouted at his next words, the explanation of her need of a boyfriend. "Aw, but you're so much more fun to pick ooon!" She whined, climbing onto the water fountain next to him, standing on top of it, her arms spread to keep her balance. Whatever balance she had, because she wouldn't be surprised if she suddenly fell over, she was pretty clumsy, after all. [/blockquote]
